Interagency Federal Team Case Studies
This section contains brief case studies of the implementation of interagency federal teams serving communities in Baltimore, Detroit, and Fresno. These cases have been selected as a representative sample of federal-local partnerships, with each facing varying local challenges, implementation timeframes, and areas of focus. While each case is unique, comparing how interagency federal teams have engaged with local stakeholders to achieve tangible outcomes with the respective community is illuminating. As a complement to Sections 1 and 2 of this playbook, the case studies focus on the types of assistance leveraged by the teams and the teams’ phases of implementation.
